Description

U-Step 2 is a neurologically designed walker for people with Parkinson’s, stroke, MS, ALS and other conditions that affect balance, gait or coordination. It combines a stable U-shaped frame with reversed braking and cueing features to give users more control and confidence where standard walkers often fall short. It turns easily in tight spaces, helps reduce fall risk and supports safe walking indoors or outdoors. Optional models with forearm support or press-down braking are available for users with limited grip or hand strength, so U-Step 2 can adapt to different mobility needs while making everyday walking more secure and manageable.

Key Features

  • Supportive U-Shaped Base

  • Reversed Braking System for Total Control

  • Rolling Resistance Control

  • Tight Turning for Small Spaces

  • Spring Loaded Front Wheels

  • Comfortable Seat with Easy Fold Design

Laser & Sound Cueing Module (Optional)

Specifically designed for freezing of gait in Parkinson’s disease, the laser projects a bright red line on the floor to visually prompt movement. The sound cue sets a rhythmic beat to aid stride timing. This module has been proven to help reduce freezing and improve gait regularity.
