Our consultants are out and about in their vans visiting clients every day. We cover Melbourne metro regions including the outer suburbs and some regional locations; Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula are particularly popular for us!

We are happy to visit you with larger powered products (over $1000 in value, excluding beds*) and allow you to trial products and to see how these can fit your needs so that you can make a confident decision. We are happy to spend up to 60 mins with you to allow you to make an informed decision.

Some conditions may apply and all demonstrations are at the full discretion of MAA staff.

*Due to the Pandemic, we are only demonstrating products outside a premises. We can set-up in a garage or on your veranda/porch (weather permitting).

In the event that you realise your chosen mobility product does not suit your needs, we will refund your money within the first 7 days of delivery – subject to product condition – all returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition and include original packaging. This is not applicable to bathroom and toilet aids for hygiene reasons. A re-stocking fee may be applicable (up to 15% of the purchase price). We select product ranges carefully and are confident in their quality and value.

 

Price Match Promise*

We are confident our pricing is competitive. We will price match if we can. Price matching only takes place where the product is identical and currently available from our competitor (in stock). You are required to bring in a printed copy of the competitor price and/or a current link to their website which details the prices. Applies only to Australian retail suppliers and their on-line sites. Does not apply to stand-alone online retailers (without a physical retail site), auctions, fire or liquidation sales, clearance sales or outlet sales and/or suppliers. Warranty On All Products*

All our products come with full warranty. This can be anywhere from 6 months to full lifetime depending on the particular product. We choose which brands we stock very carefully. We only select products from well established, reputable companies, to ensure that new or replacement parts are readily available in the future. If you have any problem with your mobility product simply contact us and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. As your chosen dealer we will handle any warranty issues on your behalf.

 

 

Outstanding After-Sales Service

Our products have an outstanding reputation for reliability and most mobility aids require very little maintenance. For example, electric scooters, under normal use, will require tyre pressure to be maintained, a check of the sealed batteries and an annual lubrication of moving parts. Our trained technicians are on-hand to keep your mobility product in good working order. Our expertise in the maintenance and repair of electric mobility aids has enhanced our reputation and status in the healthcare industry.
